Michael Nagy was named managing director at money manager Catholic Investment Services.
It is a new position. Based in Chicago, Mr. Nagy reports to CEO Thomas E. Lanctot and will focus on product development, investor relations, marketing and new investment strategies, spokeswoman Anderson Cheney confirmed.
Mr. Nagy was managing director, investor and consultant relations at Christian Brothers Investment Services. CBIS spokeswoman Karen Byrnes said the firm plans to replace Mr. Nagy, and other team members are taking on his responsibilities until the position is filled.
Catholic Investment Services manages about $650 million in assets for Catholic-affiliated pension funds, endowments and other non-profit organizations.
