David Morley was named head of U.K. distribution at Candriam, overseeing institutional, wholesale and retail markets, a spokeswoman confirmed.
Mr. Morley replaced Derek Brander, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities. Further details on his new role were not available.
Mr. Morley reports to Renato Guerriero, chief sales and distribution officer. Based in London, he leads a team of four.
"We are confident that his experience in distribution management will help strengthen our position in the U.K. market, particularly at a time of increased demand for sustainable investments," Mr. Guerriero said in a news release.
Candriam has €140 billion ($169.5 billion) in assets under management.
Mr. Morley was country head U.K. at Eaton Vance Investment Managers. Details on any replacement were not immediately available.
