Daron Pearce has left the role as CEO of BNY Mellon's asset-servicing business in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Mr. Pearce had been in the post since 2016 and with the company for over 20 years. His previous positions included CEO of global financial institutions and head of global financial institutions in EMEA.
In a reply to message sent to him via Linkedin, Mr. Pearce said that he is "developing a portfolio of roles." He intends to serve the investment management and pension communities as both a consultant and non-executive director.
A spokesman for BNY Mellon did not provide details of Mr. Pearce's replacement or reasons for his departure.
