Geir Espeskog and Emily Woodland were named co-heads of BlackRock sustainable investing, Asia-Pacific.
Mr. Espeskog and Ms. Woodland replace Thomas Fekete, who was BlackRock's head of sustainable investment solutions for EMEA and the Asia-Pacific region, a Hong Kong-based spokesman for the firm said. Mr. Fekete will continue to oversee sustainable investing for EMEA.
Mr. Espeskog will retain his previous title and responsibilities at BlackRock as head of iShares Asia-Pacific distribution, the spokesman said.
Ms. Woodland was head of sustainable investment at Sydney-based AMP Capital, according to a news release. An AMP spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment.
