Celia Yan joined BlackRock's Hong Kong office as head of China for the firm's Asian private credit team, a BlackRock spokeswoman confirmed.
The position is new.
Ms. Yan comes to BlackRock from Hong Kong-based private credit boutique ADM Capital, where she served as head of greater China.
A spokesman at ADM Capital said Yue Lu, who joined ADM Capital as a managing director in September 2019, has taken on the role of head of greater China at the firm.
