Olivier Mariee was named CEO of CPR Asset Management, a subsidiary of Amundi, a spokesman said.
Effective Sept. 6, Mr. Mariee will replace Valerie Baudson, who became CEO of Amundi in May, succeeding Yves Perrier in that role.
Nadine Lamotte, deputy CEO of CPR, is currently acting as interim CEO at CPR.
Mr. Mariee, who will be based in Paris, will join from AXA Group where he was CEO of the firm's insurance business, Direct Assurance, since 2020. Prior to that, he was sales director of AXA France.
CPR Asset Management has more than €55 billion ($65.3 billion) in assets under management.
