Cecile Mouton was appointed head of liquidity solutions at Amundi, a spokesman said.
Effective Monday, Ms. Mouton replaced Thierry Darmon and Thierry Ancona, co-heads of liquidity solutions. Mr. Darmon was named director at Amundi's public affairs unit and Mr. Ancona was named head of third-party distributors and wealth.
Mr. Darmon's role is new. Mr. Ancona replaced Christian Pellis, who was named CEO of Amundi in Germany.
Ms. Mouton's responsibilities include oversight of portfolio management and sales, reporting to Vincent Mortier, group deputy CIO.
Amundi's €230 billion ($280.2 billion) liquidity solutions business consists of strategies such as short-term money market funds and ultra short-term bond strategies.
Prior to joining Amundi, Ms. Mouton was head of financial control at Crédit Agricole.
Amundi had €1.65 trillion in assets under management as of Sept. 30.
