Graham Rainbow and Leland Hart were named co-CIOs of private debt manager Alcentra, a spokeswoman said Tuesday.
Messrs. Rainbow and Hart are replacing Vijay Rajguru as the firm moves to a co-CIO structure, the spokeswoman said.
"Following this reorganization, Mr. Rajguru will be leaving the firm to pursue other opportunities," the spokeswoman said. "We thank him for his contribution and wish him the best in his future endeavors."
Mr. Rainbow, who is head of European loans, and Mr. Hart, who is head of U.S. loans and high yield, will retain their current portfolio management responsibilities and together will oversee all of Alcentra's portfolios.
"The appointments of (Messrs.) Hart and Rainbow as co-CIOs will provide additional investment oversight to our growing range of debt capabilities in both Europe and the U.S.," CEO David Forbes-Nixon said in a news release.
Alcentra had $40 billion in assets under management as of Aug. 31.
