Enerpac Tool Group Corp., Menomonee Falls, Wis., hired Fidelity Investments as record keeper of its 401(k) plan.
Fidelity will become record keeper effective April 1, according to the company's 8-K filing with the SEC on Monday.
A blackout period for participants begins March 24 and ends during the week of April 18, the filing said.
As of Dec. 31, 2019, the Enerpac Tool Group Corp. 401(k) Plan had $160 million in assets, according to the company's most recent Form 5500 filing. As of that date, the filing says the record keeper was Wells Fargo. Principal Financial Group purchased Wells Fargo's record-keeping business earlier that year.
