Thomas P. Lenehan was named chief investment officer at the $1.6 billion Wallace Foundation, New York.
He will replace Rob D. Nagel, CIO and assistant treasurer, effective Jan. 4. Mr. Nagel, who has led the investment management of the foundation's portfolio since its inception in 1988, is retiring, according to a Nov. 2 news release.
Mr. Lenehan is currently deputy CIO for the $2.3 billion endowment at The Rockefeller University, New York. Amy Falls, CIO at Rockefeller University, said there are no plans yet for a replacement.
