Housing prices continue to rise across country

Housing prices across the country continued to inch higher in June. Only three markets had a decline month-over-month, led by San Francisco at -0.6. Phoenix had the largest increase, rising almost 1%.

Over the past year, all housing markets have seen increases. The densest cities in the country experienced the smallest increases of around 1%.
