PulteGroup Inc., Atlanta, added the American Funds EuroPacific Growth Fund to the investment options lineup of its 401(k) plan in 2019.
The active international equity fund managed by Capital Group had $25 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, according to the company's 11-K filing Thursday with the SEC.
The plan removed the Fidelity Diversified International Fund during 2019. The active international equity fund managed by Fidelity Investments had $20 million in assets in the plan as of Dec. 31, 2018, according to the company's previous 11-K filing.
The reason for the change was not provided.
As of Dec. 31, the PulteGroup Inc. 401(k) Plan had $800 million in assets, according to the new 11-K filing. Also as of that date, the plan had 14 individual investment options, a common stock fund and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group.
