Jessica Brennan was named managing director, head of client and product solutions at alternative money manager Onex Corp.
It is a new position. Ms. Brennan will be based in New York and will start Wednesday, a spokesman said in an email. She will report to Seth Mersky, senior managing director.
Ms. Brennan will oversee the formation of new funds, investor relations and fundraising, and client product solutions, a news release said.
Ms. Brennan was previously partner and managing director, investor relations, at Carlyle Group. A Carlyle spokeswoman declined to comment.
Onex Corp. has $38.4 billion in assets under management.
