The Vermont Pension Investment Committee (“VPIC”) is seeking proposals, through the Office of the State Treasurer, for investment consulting services for the nearly $5.0 billion in assets it oversees on behalf of the three public employee retirement systems it administers. As outlined in the RFP, the VPIC is requesting bids for general consulting services (including investment performance calculation and monitoring), asset allocation consulting services (including asset/liability studies), and private market investment consulting services (including due diligence on private equity, private credit, and private market real estate investments). Interested vendors may bid on all 3, or any combination of these services.
