Arlington County (Va.) Employees' Retirement System is searching for an investment consultant.
The $2.5 billion pension fund issued an RFP as a best practices measure since it's been five years since the services were put up for bid, said Daniel Zito, executive director and chief investment officer, in an email.
Current consultant Windmark Investment Partners is invited to rebid, Mr. Zito said.
As of Dec. 31, the pension fund's actual allocation was 36% fixed income, 34% domestic equities, 18% global equities, 8% international equities and 4% alternatives.
The RFP is available on the pension fund's website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT on March 31. A timeline for a decision has yet to be determined.
