Illinois State Universities Retirement System, Champaign, is searching for managers to provide diversified global equity strategies.
The $19.2 billion pension fund will also consider manager-of-managers programs and will analyze those separately, according to an RFP posted on the pension fund's website.
The funding source and total portfolio size were not provided. As of Aug. 31, the actual allocation to global equities was 9.1%; the target is 9%.
The RFP is available on SURS's website. Proposals are due at 4:30 p.m. CST on Dec. 9. A selection is expected March 5.
Investment consultant Meketa Investment Group is assisting.
