San Diego County Water Authority is searching for an investment consultant for its $42 million 457 plan and $7 million 401(a) plan, said Tina Gonzalez, management analyst in the authority's administrative services department, in an email.
The authority is seeking a consultant to provide ongoing services, including investment performance reviews, review of investment options, and the maintenance of the authority's investment policy. Hyas Group, the current consultant, is invited to rebid.
The plans share a lineup of 20 investment options and a target-date fund lineup managed by Vanguard Group. The plans' record keeper is TIAA-CREF.
The RFP is available on purchasing website The Network. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. PDT on Nov. 1. A decision is expected by Dec. 17.
