Sebastian Wohlers is joining Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers Europe as director of business development, confirmed Hillary Rossi, Cornerstone spokeswoman, in an e-mail.
This is a new position. Mr. Wohlers will be responsible for business development, capital raising and investor relations in Europe. He will be based in Hamburg, Germany, and will report to Albert Yang, head of business development-Europe.
Mr. Wohlers was a director of capital management at Warburg-HIH, a real estate joint venture of German real estate manager HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung and German bank MM Warburg & Co.
