The city's 457(b) plan and police and fire 401(a) plans have about $114 million in assets combined.
The plans do not currently have an investment consultant.
The RFP is available on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System website. Registration is required. Proposals are due at 2 p.m. MDT on March 12, with a hiring decision expected on April 13.
