Strathclyde Pension Fund, Glasgow, Scotland, hired Global Engagement Services to provide a responsible investment overlay service, said a notice posted on Scotland’s government contracts website.
The search was conducted by Glasgow City Council on behalf of the £13.1 billion ($19.7 billion) pension fund.
Glasgow City Council launched the search in August. It also hired GES in 2012 for company engagement and to engage with investment managers.
Further details were not available by press time. Executives at the pension fund and the council’s representative for the contract could not be reached for comment by press time.
