Louisiana State Employees' Retirement System, Baton Rouge, committed $75 million to ArcLight Energy Partners Fund VI, an energy infrastructure fund that targets North American midstream and power assets, said Robert W. Beale, chief investment officer, in an e-mail.
It is the $10.9 billion pension fund's first commitment to a fund managed by ArcLight Capital Partners.
