Travis Pearson joined middle-market private equity manager GI Partners as managing director, said spokesman Chris Tofalli.
It is a new position. He will “drive key operational initiatives and pursue new investment opportunities,” according to a news release.
Mr. Pearson was previously a partner with management consulting firm Bain & Co.
