Orange County Employees Retirement System, Santa Ana, Calif., reported a preliminary return of 14.3% for the 12 months ended June 30, confirmed Robert Kinsler in an e-mail.
That return is almost double the $11.6 billion retirement system’s assumed rate of return of 7.25%.
