Integra Inc., Vancouver, Wash., hired Prudential Financial as record keeper of its $65 million 401(k) plan, spokesman James McIntyre said in an e-mail.
Prudential replaced Transamerica Retirement Solutions; the company conducted a search in the fall of 2013, Mr. McIntyre wrote.
He would not provide further information on the search process.
Investment consultant First Western Trust assisted.
