Boeing Co., Chicago, hired Xerox HR Solutions as record keeper for its $42.2 billion 401(k) plan, according to a person familiar with the selection.
Xerox HR Solutions replaces ING U.S. Retirement Solutions.
Charles “Chaz” Bickers, Boeing spokesman, declined to comment.
