Steven Friedman was named relationship manager, central banks and official institutions, at Fischer Francis Trees & Watts, confirmed spokeswoman Laura Manley.
It is a new position. Mr. Friedman started Oct. 7 and reports to Johanna Lasker, head of central banks and official institutions, and head of client service.
Mr. Friedman was previously director of market analysis at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
