Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System is searching for a manager to run a $350 million active emerging markets equity strategy, said Tom Lopez, CIO for the $15.7 billion plan.
The fund's general investment consultant, R.V. Kuhns is conducting the search using its database. Incumbent manager Principal was invited to rebid.
A date for a decision by the pension board has not been determined. A timeline for a selection has not been determined.
