Correction: Pension funding of S&P 500 companies
- The median discount rate of S&P 500 companies dropped to 4.16% at the end of 2012 from 5% the previous year, according to a report from Wilshire Associates. The 2011 discount rate was incorrect in a story in the April 8 P&I Daily.
