East Providence (R.I.) Police and Fire Retirement System is seeking proposals from emerging markets managers to run about $5 million, according to an RFP.
The RFP is available on the website of Wainwright Investment Counsel, the $100 million pension fund's investment consultant. Proposals are due by 2 p.m. EST on Dec. 13. A selection date could not be learned by press time.
Calls to Jeff Fabrizio, vice president at Wainwright, and to Malcolm Moore, finance director for the city, were not returned.
