P&I Research Center now includes Australian superannuation fund data

The P&I Research Center's new Australian superannuation fund information includes assets, participants, asset allocation, investment returns and other fund data for the 200 largest superannuation funds. The Australian superannuation market continues to see significant growth with assets at an all-time high. Of the funds with 2012 data, assets stood at A$741.8 billion (US$689.6 billion) up from A$566.8 billion in 2008. The number of participants increased steadily during the period, to 27.9 million as of June 30 from 26.2 million in 2008.
