North Kansas City (Mo.) Police and Firefighters Retirement Fund is searching for a global custodian, confirmed Steven Roth, director of research management at Dahab Associates, investment consultant to the $40 million pension fund.
Incumbent State Street Corp. is invited to rebid. Dahab recently was hired to replace Russell as consultant and is issuing the RFP to see what other custodial banks are out there, Mr. Roth said in a telephone interview.
The RFP is available on Dahab's website. Proposals are due at 5 p.m. EDT April 26. A hiring date has not been specified.
