Paul Harris joined Strategic Investment Group as director of the business development group.
It is a new position for the investment outsourcing firm. Mr. Harris will lead the firm's health-care solutions group.
Mr. Harris previously was a managing director at Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments and held director positions at Bridgewater Associates and Citigroup Alternative Investments.
