General Motors Investment Management Corp., New York, named Paul Rudinoff director of risk management, a new position. Mr. Rudinoff, previously a portfolio manager, will be responsible for identifying and analyzing various aspects of risk in all investment programs, according to Todd Carstensen, a spokesman.
Also at GM, Walter Deck, a 31-year veteran of GM's pension fund who last worked in the domestic equity area at GMIMC, is retiring.
Messrs. Rudinoff and Deck have not yet been replaced, Mr. Carstensen said.
Bill Price joined Gulf Management as a managing director, a new position. He is former senior vice president-institutional marketing of Capstone Asset Management. At Gulf, he will be in charge of institutional marketing, primarily to prospective clients. Other staffers assumed his duties at Capstone
