J. Perry Johnson resigned as a partner in client servicing and business development at Brinson Partners to take a position as Southeast regional head of consulting for Watson Wyatt Investment Consulting. A spokeswoman for Brinson said Mr. Johnson's client servicing duties will be spread among existing executives, and a replacement is being sought for Mr. Johnson for his business development responsibilities.
