Phoenix Home Life Mutual Insurance Co. opened a trust company subsidiary. Phoenix Charter Oak Trust Co. offers trustee, administrative and fiduciary services to individuals and institutions; products include living trusts, investment management, securities custody, personal and institutional non-profit funds and escrow arrangements. The new subsidiary, based in Hartford, Conn., is headed by Richard H. Booth, executive vice president of strategic development of Phoenix Home Life.
