Roadway Express Inc., Akron, Ohio, has agreed to offer the recently instituted International Brotherhood of Teamsters-sponsored 401(k) plan to its 19,000 Teamster employees. Roadway is the largest Teamster employer to support the 401(k), which was started in April.
State Street Global Advisors provides investment management, administration and support for the plan.
