Frank Russell is raising money for a $1 billion fund to invest in private equity around the world, George Russell, chairman, said today during his speech at a Schwab conference.
He gave no other details. Harold F. Strong, managing director and Russell's international private equity expert, refused to elaborate on Mr. Russell's announcement.
