International equity portfolios soundly thrashed the MSCI EAFE for the quarter and the year ended March 31, according to the PIPER Managed Accounts Report. Median international equity portfolios returned 4.4% and 17.9%, respectively; the index returned 3% for the quarter and 12.7% for the year.
European equity portfolios posted the strongest returns, with 6.3% for the quarter and 22.9% for the year. Emerging markets equity portfolios returned 8.3% for the quarter and 16.3% for the year.
