Jerry King, president of Boeing Co.'s defense and space group, today said Boeing will assume nearly $100 million in accrued pension liabilities of Rockwell International Corp.'s aerospace and defense business as part of its acquisition of the business. Mr. King said he is ``not up to speed'' regarding the possible combination of about $2.25 billion in Rockwell pension assets with the approximately $12 billion Boeing plan.
