SunAmerica Asset Management, New York, hired subadvisers for a new series of four multimanager portfolios.
Each will run one-third of the assets in a given strategy. For aggressive growth, the firm hired Janus Funds and Warburg Pincus; for growth, PBHG, T. Rowe Price and Miller, Anderson & Sherrerd; for value: Davis Selected Advisers, Neuberger & Berman and Strong/Schafer; for international equity, Warburg Pincus, Strong and Rowe Price-Fleming. SunAmerica will run a portion of the aggressive growth fund in-house.
