Budd Co., Troy, Mich., plans to review its consulting relationship with SEI because of the departure of its consultant, Michael Howard. Mr. Howard joined Mercer.
``The issue is whether we will stay with SEI or change,'' said E.D. Wolf, employee relations counsel and chairman-trust investment committee for the $700 million Budd pension fund.
The company could decide in a month.
