Kansas City (Mo.) Employees Retirement System postponed a decision until next year on how to fulfill an increase to its non-U.S. equity allocations, said Pat Gerrick, executive officer. Board members of the $430 million fund are finishing a consultant review and want to complete that before making any decisions. Emerging markets was earmarked at 5% of total assets and EAFE-style equities climbed to 15% from 10%.
