Peter Scilovati joined Philadelphia Investment Management Group as director of marketing and client services, a new position. He had been an investment officer in the marketing and client services area of Rittenhouse Financial Services.
Elizabeth T. Sorrells joined Phoenix Duff & Phelps as senior vice president, strategic markets. She will oversee retail retirement plan sales, expansion of distribution of variable annuities and increasing participation in no-transaction-fee programs. She replaced Michael Turgeon, who left the firm to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Sorrells comes from Colonial Investment Services, where she has yet to be replaced as senior vice president
