John Power joined Santander, Banco Santander's new international investment management firm, as head of global fixed income.
Mr. Power most recently was a vice president and senior member of the global and emerging markets debt team of Standish, Ayer & Wood. His responsibilities there have been assumed by others.
Peter Fink was appointed managing director at Citibank, a new position. He is responsible for relationships with North American pension funds within the bank's global investment industry group
