Deborah J. Sparks joined Puget Sound Energy Inc., Bellevue, Wash., as benefits manager, overseeing the company's $500 million employee benefit funds. She replaces Laverne Imori, who is working in another area. Ms. Sparks had been working on a special project at Catholic Healthcare West, San Francisco, and, before that, was the organization's manager of benefits.
Kim Norris joined Mrs. Baird's Bakeries, Fort Worth, Texas, as treasury administrator, a new position. She will assist in overseeing the company's $100 million pension fund.
She had been at Central Bank & Trust, working on asset-liability and investment portfolios
