Michael Stavar joined Allegheny Teledyne Inc., Pittsburgh, as assistant treasurer and head of pension and savings fund investments, a newly created position. Allegheny has about $2.4 billion in pension assets and $600 million in its savings plan. Employee benefit funds had been managed by Robert Park, vice president and treasurer.
