Thomas H. Mahoney IV and Leonard Brooks III joined PaineWebber's Private Equity Group as managing director and director, respectively. The positions are new, a spokesman for the firm said.
Messrs. Mahoney and Brooks were formerly with Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. Officials there were unavailable for comment.
