Kimberly D. Navarro has joined Cooper Consultants as a senior consultant and vice president of operations, a new position at the consulting firm, which specializes in pension funds. Ms. Navarro had been the benefits manager at the $1.6 billion Houston Firefighters’ Relief and Retirement Fund. She has been replaced at the fund by Glenna Hicks.
