Robert J. Scott said he will retire from his position as executive director of the Public Employees Retirement Association of Colorado on June 30. He has served as executive director since 1984. The Denver-based fund grew to more than $28 billion, from $4 billion, during his tenure. A five-member search committee from the 16-member board of trustees was formed to begin the search for a successor.
