SKF USA Inc., Norristown, Pa., will interview four international equity finalists with a value emphasis next month; the hiring will diversify the $540 million defined benefit plan, said Brian Duffy, treasurer. Mr. Duffy, who declined to name finalists, said $25 million will be allocated to the new manager. A decision is expected by November.
